Can we have a product that does not contribute to Gitlab website or product directly but enhances the usage of Gitlab and can cause more traffic to Gitlab

Do we need to contribute to GitLab products? Our product is an application that depends on GitLab for its resources and it can be hosted on its domain. Is it a good option for the hackathon? it is a full-stack app that uses gitlab API only is it a good fit?

  It has to be a value-add to the GitLab Wider Community.

  That's possible through: "Present proof of concept demos that expand the global CI/CD catalog with CI/CD component additions, conduct AI experiments with/on GitLab, contribute to the development of GitLab, create a social impact for the Wider GitLab Community or enhance the overall quality of GitLab."

  If you believe that your project qualifies for this, and you've looked at the scoring criteria, you should be all good.
